We need your votes!

Hey everyone!! Here at krispyfringe we're really excited to announce that we are currently participating in an awesome contest called "Mission: Small Business." It's being sponsored by Chase and LivingSocial and is being judged by a panel of CEOs and founders of various multi-million dollar businesses. What they're going to do is select 12 small businesses who each will win a $250,000 grant. If we win, this would mean great things for krispyfringe and Studio Within Salon & Spa, both owned by our fabulous boss lady, Kristy Kladzyk. Her ultimate plan is to house both businesses under one eco-friendly roof to create an amazing space for clients to to relax, look their best, and to fulfill their fashion desires.

The first portion of the contest runs until June 30th. To get through to the next round, all we need is 250 votes on the Mission: Small Business website. Which is here!

Spring 2012 Trend Alert: Color-Blocking!

Believe it or not, but winter is almost over. It may only be February, but retail stores have already started displaying new spring trends for 2012. One of these amazing trends that we're excited for here at krispyfringe is color-blocking. The S/S 2012 runways were filled with bold, solid-colored hues that draw attention to all the right places. Trending pieces can either have various colors either printed or sewn in, or you can put together two or three colors with coordinating accessories to make a statement. There are a million ways to make this look your own.

We are happy to announce that krispyfringe | vintage is now open at our new location at 2130 W. Chicago Ave. in Ukrainian Village. So if you haven't stopped by to see us yet, make sure you do! Looking for krispyfringe? Well, we've moved! Our previous location at 4725 N. Damen Ave. in Lincoln Square is long gone, but don't you worry! Be sure to look for us sometime in August at our NEW LOCATION at 2130 W. CHICAGO AVE. in the wonderful Ukrainian Village area! Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, but we assure you that our new spot is going to just as fabulous, if not more :)
